In a bizarre twist of events YACO Racing’s Rahel Frey and Philip Geipel took the win in the ADAC GT Masters round at Zandvoort. An early pit stop for rain tyres brought the team to the front while others stay out on slicks in the pouring rain. Although both strategies worked out just fine, it was the Audi team who took the number one trophy. Going into the season finale at Hockenheim, Land Motorsport got back on top in the points table after their mid-season slump gave the lead to Callaway Competition.
