It was all about Lamborghini and Ferrari at the Blancpain GT Endurance Cup season premiere at Monza. On their homesoil, the Italian brands battled for victory, but it soon became clear that it would be Lamborghini taking the win. Bentley, for a short time, seemed like the only one able to mix it up with the Italians, until the British squad was penalized and then black flagged for its involvement in the enormous start crash.
