After today the BMW Z4 GT3 will no longer be an option for GT3 racing. As the car’s FIA homologation expires after 2019, it’ll no longer be eligible under GT3 regulations. Because this car has been racing for so long — the Z4 GT3 made its debut in 2010 — we decided to dive into the GT REPORT photo archive to bring back memories of one of the most popular and successful GT3 racers of the past decade.
This gallery includes the BMW Z4 GT3’s most memorable victory in the 2015 Spa 24 Hours win as well as the one that got away: the Nürburgring 24 Hours that same year.
