Nova Race has announced it will participate during the Italian GT test days at Vallelunga with two Honda NSX GT3 Evos. The Varese based team confirmed Jacopo Guidetti and Luca Magnoni as its two drivers for the test.
Guidetti, participant of the Honda Driver Development Program, was assigned to Nova Race by Honda NSX GT3 Evo constructor JAS Motorsport and already confirmed to race the car, while Magnoni, reigning Italian GT4-Am Endurance champion and owner of Nova Race, will make his step up to GT3 racing after having spent the last season competing in a Nova Race prepped Mercedes-AMG GT4. The final race of the 2020 season saw Magnoni have a go at the Honda NSX GT3 alongside Marco Bonanomi.
With two and a half months before the first green flag of the season drops at Monza, preparations are in full swing for Nova Race, as the team is currently finalising driver contracts while also experiencing an ongoing heavy workload inside their workshop and unpacking from an extensive winter testing program.
Nova Race has also confirmed it will unveil its 2021 colours during the multi-day tests sessions, scheduled for 16-17 February.
Both test days are to take place behind closed doors.
