Round 1 of the Italian GT Endurance Championship starts today with a 3-hour race at Pergusa. The circuit around Lago di Pergusa on the Sicilian island is back on the calendar after a 17-year absence. Starting from pole will be the #7 Ceccato Racing BMW M6 GT3. With a combined fastest time of 4:43.53, Stefano Comandini, Marius Zug and guest driver Bruno Spengler will start from pole position. They line-up on the first row of the grid alongside the #3 Easy Race Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo of Fabrizio Crestani, Luca Filippi and Matteo Greco.

The race starts Sunday at 11:00 CEST.
