The final round of the 2021 VLN Nürburgring Endurance Series (NLS) is held this Saturday with the 45th running of the DMV Münsterlandpokal.

Many titles are still up for grabs and will be decided by the end of the 4-hour race around the Nordschleife. Amongst the titles still undecided are the much-coveted VLN Championship and Speed Trophy. While defending champions Danny Brink and Philipp Leisen (#1 Adrenalin Motorsport Team Alzner Automotive BMW 325i, V4 class) hold the best cards to make it two in two but need to fend off a whole host of contenders, the Speed Trophy is a two-way fight between Phoenix Racing and the BMW Junior Team who are separated by just 4 points.

In stark contrast to the normal late October season finale often held in cold, wet and dark weather conditions, this year’s final race will be sunny and with 14 degrees during the afternoon a rather pleasant experience.
