GT Cup rounded out their 2023 season with a thrilling final round at a sunny Snetterton in Norfolk. Paul Bailey in the Kendall Developments Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo managed to maintain his overall championship lead to claim his first GT Cup title in what has been a hugely consistent year for him, despite the mid-season car swap.
Hugo Cook and Sacha Kakad meanwhile put up a good fight but couldn’t quite manage to catch Bailey as the competition in GT3 ramped up throughout the season. An impressive effort nonetheless from them who pleased UK crowds by bringing back the Audi R8 GT3 EvoII to the UK motorsport scene.
