ENTRY LIST

Goodsmile returns with Kobayashi

In one of the most talked-about comebacks, Goodsmile Racing returns to Spa under the leadership of former F1 driver Ukyo Katayama. The Japanese team brings a full domestic crew in the #0 Mercedes-AMG, with Kamui Kobayashi joined by Tatsuya Kataoka and Nobuteru Taniguchi. It’s Goodsmile’s first Spa appearance since 2019, and a rare international outing for the fan-favourite squad from Super GT.

Defending champions and factory firepower

Comtoyou Racing defends its 2024 victory with the same winning crew of Marco Sørensen, Mattia Drudi, and Nicki Thiim in the #7 Aston Martin. The Belgian team also fields three additional cars across the Pro-Am, Silver, and Bronze classes.

Meanwhile, Team WRT brings three BMW M4 GT3s including the headline-grabbing #46 entry of Valentino Rossi, Kevin Magnussen, and René Rast, while the #31 car reunites Dries Vanthoor, Sheldon van der Linde, and Marco Wittmann.

Familiar faces and returning winners

The 2025 entry list blends veteran endurance racers with standout names from across motorsport. Ford’s Mustang GT3, introduced in 2024, returns to Spa with an expanded presence, including the #64 HRT Ford Performance entry of Jann Mardenborough, Arjun Maini, and Thomas Drouet. Corvette also bolsters the grid with two Z06 GT3.Rs.

In Pro-Am, 2015 winner Nick Catsburg teams up with George Kurtz in the #4 CrowdStrike by SPS Mercedes-AMG, adding another Spa expert to the roster.

British outfit Paradine Competition makes its first appearance at Spa with two BMWs in the Silver Cup. Their #991 entry features an impressive line-up of Toby Sowery, Jake Dennis, Sean Gelael, and Darren Leung — the reigning GT World Challenge Europe Sprint Cup Bronze champion and a 2023 British GT title-winner.

Global reach, deep grid

The 76-car entry spans five continents and features teams from GT World Challenge Europe, Intercontinental GT Challenge, and SRO’s regional series in Asia, America, and Australia. With 10 manufacturers — Mercedes-AMG, BMW, Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, McLaren, Audi, Corvette, and Ford — the grid is as diverse as ever.

Multiple high-profile entries also appear in the Gold class, including Wright Motorsports, the Emil Frey Racing-run Verstappen.com Racing, and Beechdean Motorsport. Sim racing talent Chris Lulham joins Verstappen’s team, while Wright fields a Porsche at Spa for the first time.

The Spa experience

The race takes place 29–30 June, but festivities begin much earlier. The traditional parade into Spa town kicks off the weekend on Wednesday evening, followed by track action beginning Thursday with free practice and night qualifying. Super Pole takes place Friday, setting the grid for Saturday’s 24-hour race start at 16:30.
