Haupt Racing Team is set to make history at the 2025 ADAC RAVENOL 24h Nürburgring with the debut of the Ford Mustang GT3. The German squad enters three cars under the HRT Ford Performance banner for the endurance classic, bringing together a mix of factory drivers, young talent and proven Nordschleife specialists.
HRT’s #64 Mustang will feature Arjun Maini, Dennis Olsen, Jusuf Owega and three-time Nürburgring 24 Hours winner Frank Stippler. The #65 car brings a youthful line-up of David Schumacher, Dennis Fetzer, Salman Owega and double starter Jusuf Owega. In the #63, seasoned Ford driver Dirk Müller joins Patrick Assenheimer, Vincent Kolb and team owner Hubert Haupt.
The entry marks a major milestone for the Ford Mustang GT3 programme, which launched earlier this year. Since the season opener in the Nürburgring Endurance Series, HRT has been steadily building experience on the Nordschleife with the car.
“First of all, we are proud and grateful to have found an exceptionally motivated partner in Ford. Thanks to our comprehensive racing program, we can collect as much data and mileage as possible. This will help us understand the Ford Mustang GT3 in all its facets. The impressive line-up is also a sign of confidence from Ford and our drivers in HRT’s ability to make this inaugural season a success. We are pleased with our progress so far and optimistic that we can achieve some good results in our first year together,” said Ulrich Fritz, Chief Executive Officer of Haupt Racing Team.
The 2025 edition of the Nürburgring 24 Hours takes place on 21–22 June.
