Johor Motorsports Racing will return to Australia in February 2026 for the Bathurst 12 Hours, the opening round of the Intercontinental GT World Challenge. The Malaysian team will come back to Mount Panorama with a new chapter, running the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 GT3.R after ending their long partnership with Triple Eight Engineering and Mercedes-AMG.
Between 2022 and 2024, Johor Motorsports Racing achieved three podium finishes at Bathurst, showing strong performance and consistency at one of the toughest endurance races on the calendar. The team did not take part in the 2025 event as it marked the end of their six-year collaboration with Mercedes-AMG and a transition to a new manufacturer.
