Ziggo Sport Tempesta will make its Australian racing debut at the Bathurst 12 Hour, joining forces with defending Pro-Am winners Arise Racing GT to field a Ferrari 296 GT3 at Mount Panorama.
The joint effort brings together experience from both sides of the globe. Supercars frontrunner Ryan Wood leads a four-strong line-up alongside Tempesta regulars Christopher Froggatt and Jonathan Hui, with rising Italian talent Lorenzo Patrese completing the crew.
Wood will make his Bathurst 12 Hour debut as part of the programme and is relishing the opportunity to tackle Mount Panorama in GT3 machinery.
“Super pumped to make my Bathurst 12 Hour debut, and equally excited to be joining the Ziggo Sport Tempesta by ARGT team in the beautiful Ferrari 296 GT3. It’s a bucket-list race and a bucket-list car to be driving, and getting the chance to take them on together feels incredibly special.”
Alongside the Tempesta collaboration, Arise Racing GT has also confirmed a full outright Pro class entry for the Bathurst 12 Hour, fielding a second Ferrari 296 GT3 for Jaxon Evans, joined by Ferrari factory drivers Davide Rigon and Daniel Serra. The Pro assault builds on a strong Bathurst debut in 2025, where ARGT ran inside the top four late in the race before a final-hour fuel stop, while its second entry secured a Pro-Am class victory. With Evans returning after a standout GT World Challenge Australia season and Rigon and Serra adding extensive factory experience, the team will target outright honours at Mount Panorama.
