The final date for the 2021 calendar of the GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS has been set with Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia announced to host the Sprint Cup season finale on 25-26th September.

The race on the 4.005 kilometre track forms a Spanish doubleheader with Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya playing host to the Endurance Cup season finale two weeks later. Circuit Ricardo Tormo is the only new venue for 2021, replacing the Hungaroring which was originally scheduled for 2020 but cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

SRO last visited Valencia in 2004 when the FIA GT Championship – the predecessor of the GT World Challenge – staged its second round of the season at the motorcycle track.
