Veteran British GT driver and fan favourite Phil Keen will return to the championship’s grid alongside 2022 champion Ian Loggie, driving for the formidable 2 Seas Motorsport team.

Following a stellar campaign last season that saw 2 Seas clinch the GT3 teams’ crown with aplomb, the addition of Keen adds another layer of experience and expertise to their lineup. Keen, boasting an impressive record of 19 overall race wins, brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a hunger for success.

While Keen made only a fleeting appearance in British GT last season, his reunion with Loggie promises to be a full-time endeavor, filling the void left by Jules Gounon. As the duo gears up for the challenges ahead, they are fueled by a shared determination to clinch the elusive GT3 crown.

Loggie, reflecting on the upcoming season, expressed his eagerness to reclaim the top spot on the podium and praised the prowess of 2 Seas Motorsport.

“It’s going to be a big push in 2024. We showed good speed and had some great results last season, but I am more determined than ever to get back on top of the podium, and have that number one back!” said Loggie.

“I’m really pleased to be back again with 2 Seas, who were the choice of the field last time out, and they have proven themselves to be the ones to catch. I’m also really looking forward to partnering with Phil for the full season. His racing CV speaks for itself, nowhere more so than in British GT. He has always been a class act, and it is great to be sharing a car with him. Hopefully we can add some more silverware to the trophy cabinet together, and get Phil that record number of wins back.”

The team’s iconic retro D2 livery will return paying homage to Mercedes-AMG’s rich racing heritage, and serving as a testament to their commitment to excellence.

With the stage set for a thrilling showdown, all eyes are on the dynamic duo as they prepare to kick off their campaign at Oulton Park on March 30 and April 1.
