The 2027 DTM calendar is set, and it holds few surprises. The same eight venues return for 16 races across three countries, opening at the Red Bull Ring in April and closing at the Hockenheimring in October.
The one real change is a swap: Circuit Zandvoort moves from its May date to August, with Oschersleben taking the early-season slot in return.
Familiar venues, reshuffled order
The season gets under way from 23-25 April at the Red Bull Ring. Motorsport Arena Oschersleben follows early, on 7-9 May, having run in late July this year. The Lausitzring keeps its June date, then the Norisring street round in Nuremberg takes 2-4 July.
Circuit Zandvoort takes races nine and ten from 6-8 August rather than its previous spring slot. The Nürburgring follows two weeks later on 20-22 August, before the Sachsenring on 24-26 September and the traditional Hockenheim finale over 8-10 October.
Six of the eight weekends are held in Germany, joined by Austria’s Red Bull Ring and Zandvoort in the Netherlands.
“We have seen a 13% growth in the number of visitors in the first five events of this year,” said ADAC Motorsport Director Thomas Voss. “We want to carry that momentum into the 2027 season and are sticking with tried-and-tested venues that are popular with visitors. However, we are varying the order.”
