Black Falcon Team AutoArena Motorsport will start from pole position for the 24h Qualification Race at the Nürburgring after Yelmer Buurman laid down a 9:20.698s in slippery, wet conditions at the wheel of the #6 Mercedes-AMG GT3 he will share with Patrick Assenheimer and Nico Bastian. Audi, BMW, BMW, and Porsche populate the remainder of the top five. Earlier in the day, Martin Tomczyk topped a rain-sodden hour qualifying session as teams gingerly turned laps ahead of the Top 30 Qualifying.

The 24h Qualification Race is scheduled to start at 12:00 CET.
