Century Motorsport has confirmed that Ravi Ramyead and Charlie Robertson will once again team up for the 2025 British GT Championship, piloting the first of the team’s two new BMW M4 GT4 Evos. The duo, who enjoyed a strong finish to the 2024 season, are set to build on their late surge with an unchanged lineup and an upgraded car.
Last year, Ramyead and Robertson scored points in just three rounds but made their mark with two standout victories at Snetterton and Donington. Their impressive second-half performance propelled them to sixth in the GT4 overall standings, despite a challenging start. Now, armed with the new Evo-spec BMW M4 GT4 – retaining the #71 crew’s striking white, green, and blue livery – the pair are widely regarded as pre-season favorites for 2025.
The drivers’ familiarity with the updated BMW has been bolstered by their participation in Century’s GT4 Winter Series programme, giving them a head start as they prepare for the upcoming campaign. “I’m excited to be back with Century and Charlie for our second season in British GT,” said Ramyead. “Last year, we laid a strong foundation and showcased our potential. The combination of Century Motorsport, BMW, and the partnership Charlie and I have developed feels like the ideal setup to achieve even greater success this season.”
Robertson, a former Ginetta factory driver, echoed his teammate’s enthusiasm: “I am very pleased to be back in British GT with Ravi and Century Motorsport. We showed some huge potential last season. This year we are focused on consistency, and with the BMW M4 GT4 Evo, we feel we have the best platform to achieve our goals!”
Century Motorsport’s second GT4 entry is set to be unveiled next week, ahead of the British GT media day on March 21 at Silverstone. Fans can secure free tickets to the event via Silverstone’s official website. The 2025 season, comprising seven rounds and nine races, kicks off at Donington Park on April 5-6, promising another thrilling chapter in the highly competitive championship.
