Up to 2014 the Mac-G Racing team were competing in the Britcar Endurance Championship with an Ultima GTR. However, the limitations of the road going car were soon self evident on a race track. The team took it upon themselves to completely redesign and rebuild the car to their own specifications.
Thus the Taranis was born which to this day is still competing with the very latest GT3 cars.
