Earl Bamber Motorsport (EBM), in partnership with Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific, has confirmed a Pro-class entry for the 2026 Meguiar’s Bathurst 12 Hour, with Klaus Bachler, Laurin Heinrich and Ricardo Feller named as the driver line-up.
The entry marks EBM’s return to Mount Panorama for the first time since 2020, six years on from its surprise debut victory in 2019.
Experienced Pro line-up confirmed
The 2026 Bathurst entry brings together three drivers with complementary experience. Bachler will make his Bathurst debut following a strong 2025 season that included titles in both the Asian Le Mans Series and the 24H Series. Heinrich returns for his second Bathurst start after finishing second in the Pro-Am class in 2024, while Feller is the most experienced of the trio at Mount Panorama, having competed at every event since 2022 and qualifying second overall in 2025.
Bachler said he was looking forward to finally racing at Mount Panorama, explaining: “It’s always been on my wish list to race at Mount Panorama Circuit as the track looks fantastic and the atmosphere of the whole event is very special. I’ve shared the car with Laurin and Ricardo before so I’m excited to work with both again.”
Heinrich highlighted the value of his previous experience at the event, adding: “It’s great to return to Bathurst after my first appearance here in 2025 and this time in a Pro car makes it even more special. I’m pleased that I was able to gain lots of valuable experience during my debut.
“I know the team as I’ve worked with them during Thailand Super Series, which was very successful. I’m confident that the brilliant combination of Klaus and Ricardo alongside the team will deliver a strong performance on-track”
For Feller, the motivation is clear, with the Swiss driver stating: “Bathurst is definitely one of my favourite tracks. I’m very happy to be competing with EBM and sharing the car with Klaus and Laurin too. I think we’ll have a great chance and the goal is clear, we want to be fighting for the podium places.”
Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific backing

Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific Managing Director Alexandre Gibot underlined the significance of the programme, noting: “It’s a special event, a fantastic track and holds great memories for the team, considering its incredible victory there back in 2019. With Klaus, Laurin and Ricardo at the wheel, we believe EBM has a seriously strong line-up capable of fighting at the front.”
Return six years after debut victory
Since its formation in 2018, EBM has maintained a close relationship with Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific, competing regularly in Porsche Carrera Cup Asia while supporting drivers through the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia Talent Pool. EBM made an immediate impact at the Bathurst 12 Hour on its debut in 2019, when Matt Campbell’s late overtake in The Esses secured victory for Campbell, Dirk Werner and Dennis Olsen.
The 2026 Meguiar’s Bathurst 12 Hour takes place from 13–15 February, once again featuring the event’s distinctive sunrise start, with the race beginning in darkness before daybreak during the opening hour.
