Time to turn up the music.

A season of monumental celebration, 75 Years of Porsche in Motorsport and 60 Years of Team Penske, continues in Southern California. Porsche unveiled a special livery Thursday for the Porsche Penske Motorsport 963s for Saturday’s Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach. Both the #6 and #7 will carry sponsorship from Apple Music. The cars will be primarily white with stripes of black, pink and multiple shades of red ribboning around the nose and up the middle of the car.

Off-track, the Porsche and Apple partnership has been active since 2019. Particularly, Porsche became the first manufacturer to have Apple Music built-in to a car with the launch of the Porsche Taycan.

Moreover, this is the third different livery in as many races for the Porsche Penske team. The cars dawned the traditional red, white and black at the Rolex 24 at Daytona. For the 12 Hours of Sebring, the team ran a throwback as a nod to sponsor Mobil 1. The throwback was also celebration of the 30th anniversary of the debut of the 911 GT1 racecar.

Concurrently, while the liveries changes, the team hopes the results stay the same. Porsche Penske Motorsport has dominated the first two races of the season, winning both handily. The team (and driver Felipe Nasr) now looks to win the first three races of the season for the second consecutive campaign. Additionally, Porsche Penske is going for their third win at Long Beach in the last four years (2023, 2025).

Catch the Apple Music Porsche 963s in the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach on Saturday, April 18. Green flag scheduled for 1:05pm local time.
