Mercedes-AMG Team GetSpeed closed the GT World Challenge Europe season with victory at Portimão, as Ralf Aron, Maximilian Götz and Fabian Schiller held off the Porsches of Lionspeed GP and Boutsen VDS in a three-hour race that ran from sunset into the night. A well-timed first stop put the #17 Mercedes-AMG into the lead, and Schiller brought it home just over five seconds clear to cap off a spectacular season of GT3 racing through Europe.
