Charles Dawson marked his British GT3 debut with pole position for 2 Seas Motorsport alongside Kiern Jewiss. They headed a one-two for the Mercedes-AMG GT3 team with Kevin Tse and Maxi Götz also on the front-row.

In GT4, there’s been an overnight change as the #84 Mahiki Racing Lotus was disqualified for being on its air jacks during parc ferme immediately after the end of qualifying – a breach of the British GT technical regulations.

That promoted Optimum Motorsport to a front-row lockout of their own, with 0.001sec splitting Marc Warren & Jack Brown and Harry George & Luca Hopkinson.
