The ADAC Ravenol Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie (NLS) has revealed a provisional eight-race calendar for 2027. The Nordschleife endurance series celebrates its 50th anniversary, in the same year the Nürburgring turns 100.
A double jubilee on the Nordschleife
Founded in 1977, the NLS heads into its 50th season in 2027, coinciding with the Nürburgring’s 100th birthday.
“Half a century of endurance racing on the Nordschleife is a historic milestone that we are extremely proud of – all the more so as we get to celebrate this anniversary together with the 100th anniversary of the Nürburgring itself,” says VLN managing director Mike Jäger. “This double jubilee year of 2027 will be an absolute celebration for all motorsport fans.”

- NLS 1 – 20 March 2027
- NLS 2 – 17 April 2027
- NLS 3 – 3 July 2027
- NLS 4 – 7 August 2027 (6-hour race)
- NLS 5 & 6 – 11-12 September 2027 (double-header)
- NLS 7 – 25 September 2027
- NLS 8 – 9 October 2027
24h Nürburgring completes Nordschleife GT3 season
With the 24h Nürburgring events already confirmed, the GT3 season at the Nordschleife is now complete:
- 24h Prologue – 2–4 April 2027 (test)
- 24h Qualifiers – 30 April–2 May 2027 (two 4-hour races)
- ADAC Ravenol 24h Nürburgring – 27–30 May 2027
A single programme for 2027
The calendar also settles a tussle that ran through the summer over the Nordschleife’s 2027 programme. This week ADAC Nordrhein called off its planned rival series for 2027, pushing the new 24h Nürburgring Series back to 2028 after talks with the NLS and the teams’ body ILN.
The 24h Qualifiers is left outside the NLS championship in 2027 – a break from recent seasons, when the two Qualifying races paid NLS points.
