FRIDAY

Setup inside the Indianapolis Motor Speedway media center. I can only imagine how hectic this room gets during the Indy 500 weekend.

SATURDAY

Hello and welcome to day two. Today is Saturday October the 16th. It is very, very cold but it’s expected to be bright and sunny throughout the day. I am currently inside the media center settling in and preparing for practice and qualifying. Today’s agenda for me is to continue exploring more photo shooting locations and finally go around the entire track and determine my game plan for Sunday’s race. We shall see how it all goes.

Starting the day off with a very filling local Indianapolis donut!

Here’s something unique I want to show you all. Most tracks you will attend will likely have restricted area access for photographers, but not Indy! Most of the photo holes available throughout the area are accessible to fans which makes it a great venue for anyone who curious in just starting their motorsports photography career.

SUNDAY

Good morning from a beautiful Speedway, IN. It is the last day and what a day it should be. As I am writing this post I am currently preparing all camera equipment and making sure everything is ready to go, this includes cleaning lenses, emptying memory cards, etc. Make sure you’re following the GT REPORT instagram for continued updates!
