Mercedes-AMG Team Black Falcon will start on pole for the final VLN race of the season as the #16 of Hubert Haupt, Adam Christodoulou and Dirk Müller was the only car to drop into the 8m06s with a pole-setting time of 8m06.152s on a drying Nürburgring. Christodoulou’s best time was more than 1.5sec clear of the BMW Team Schnitzer BMW M6 GT3 driven solely by Philipp Eng.
Team WRT made it three manufacturers in the top three, as the team’s #17 Audi R8 LMS GT3 finished less than half-a-tenth off the front-row in the hands of Matthieu Vaxivière.
The race will start at 12.00CET.
